Rent is between $989-$1029/month, which includes parking for one car. Having an additional car on the premises is $25/mo. Property Management pays for water/sewer and trash removal, while the tenant pays for electricity. Prior to signing the lease, each adult occupant will complete a background check through Apartments.com.
The apartments are a spacious two-bedroom with two half baths and an adjoining private tub/shower room. Each home has it’s own laundry room, where the tenant can provide a full-size washer and dryer, if desired. The main bedroom closet is a large, two-person walk-in. Square footage for the apartment is more than 1,000 sq ft.
The RENTAL PROCESS includes making sure you’re pre-qualified to rent. If you can answer YES to these questions, you are pre-qualified, and can click here to request a convenient walk-through.
Is your household income at least $40,000/year for one person (or $50,000/year for two people) and has been for the past six months?
Have you been employed with the same company for at least one year OR had a previous employer for three consecutive years just before gaining your current job?
Are you free from any prior evictions or eviction actions?
Is your credit score (or the average of two adult household members’ credit scores) at least 650?
Is your criminal history free of felonies within the last ten years or alcohol & drug-related criminal activity within the last seven years?
Are you confident your prior landlord will disclose that you paid your rent in a timely manner and would recommend you for tenancy?
